Department of History had conducted Abstract Painting activity on the 29th of October 2022 in the T5 for 1st semester History Students. 19 students actively participated in the activity. It was aligned with NEP syllabus of 1st semester, History. The main objective of this activity was to help students understand the importance of history through paintings. The students were assigned to identify the given picture, paint it, and then explain the same to the class. This helped them explore their ability in creative imagination, skills in painting, innovation and communicate their thoughts to the class. For the same, students expressed thoughts on Historical Monuments, Festivals, Dance forms, love for music and instruments etc. The event was a great success.
