Group counseling for non-teaching and teaching staff on gratitude at workplace.
A two-day group counseling on Gratitude at the Workplace focusing on cultivating positive attitudes, appreciation, emotional well-being, and healthier professional relationships among staff members.
To promote a positive work culture, reduce stress and burnout, enhance job satisfaction, improve teamwork, and encourage acknowledgment of efforts among colleagues, leading to better morale and productivity for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff members of the institution on 19th and 20th December 2025.
Classroom counseling for students.
Classroom counseling sessions designed to address students’ emotional, social, behavioral, and academic concerns through structured guidance, psychoeducation, and interactive activities.
To enhance students’ emotional well-being, improve coping skills, promote positive behavior, strengthen peer relationships, and support academic engagement and personal development.
Conducted during regular class hours as per the academic schedule.
