Placement Process

Placement Process – Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women

Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women follows a well-structured placement process to equip students for successful careers. To be eligible for final placements, students are required to complete a Need Analysis Questionnaire, submit their updated profile, and clear an Aptitude Test.

The college supports students through personalized career counselling sessions, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. Students can outline their plans—whether for placements, higher studies, or entrepreneurship—through a Career Plan form. Based on this, focused training programs are designed for each path.

The recruitment process begins with a pre-placement talk by companies, followed by written tests, group discussions, and interviews.
