Electoral Literacy Club (ELC)

The Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) is a student-oriented initiative aimed at creating awareness about the democratic process and promoting informed, ethical, and active participation in elections. The club serves as a platform to educate young citizens about their electoral rights, duties, and responsibilities, thereby strengthening the foundations of democracy. Through interactive activities, discussions, and awareness programs, the Electoral Literacy Club nurtures responsible citizenship and encourages students to become future voters who are informed, confident, and committed to democratic values.

  • To encourage maximum participation of eligible voters in elections.
  • To develop a sense of civic duty and responsibility among students.
  • To promote values such as democracy, equality, and integrity.
  • To organize activities like debates, quizzes, poster-making, rallies, and awareness campaigns related to elections.
