Department of Zoology, mLAC had organised an Exhibition “Into the Animal World” on 4th October 2023 to from 8.00 am to 5.00 am in the Zoology lab I & lab II. The World Animal Day celebration in our zoology lab featured an insightful exhibition showcasing diverse species. Our zoology lab's exhibition on non-chordates and chordates specimens was a captivating exploration of the animal kingdom's diversity. From intricate invertebrates to the more complex vertebrates, the display provided a comprehensive view of different phyla. Attendees had the opportunity to observe specimens, fostering a greater appreciation for the remarkable variety within these two major animal groups.
Faculty and students overwhelmingly praised the exhibition on non-chordates and chordates specimens. They found the display to be both educational and visually engaging, enhancing their understanding of the diverse animal kingdom. The hands-on experience with specimens sparked curiosity and discussion, making it a valuable learning opportunity. Many expressed gratitude for the insightful initiative in the zoology lab.
