Department of History had conducted a session on Cold War, NATO, WARSAW PACT and mainly on CUBAN MISSILE MISSION. We showed the students a movie name The Courier, all semester BA History students were invited but exclusively it was focused on the Final year History students, as it was a part of their syllabus The Courier, is a movie based on true events starting from World War 1 to mainly focusing on CUBAN MISSILE MISSION. This movie helped the students understand the importance of audio and video effects to understand History through documentaries and movies. At the end of the session we had discussion and comparative study between the facts presented in history verses facts present in the movie shown. It was really a great session held
