mLAC offers the course for BA with the combination PJS, (Psychology, Journalism and Sociology). It is designed to emphasize the fundamental of basics in Arts. The aim is to provide a solid foundation for the students who would like to pursue higher education or a career in the particular field of social sciences. The curriculum is devised to inculcate practical knowledge, research, and empowerment. It also instills cultural values and awareness amongst the students. Special emphasis is laid on the development of critical thinking, analytical ability, written and oral presentation skills.
The duration of the course is 3 years which consists of 6 semesters set in the CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) scheme. It comprises both theory and practical components for Psychology and Journalism.
The course deals with media related topics, psychological elements, and societal aspects. The course promotes an environment that is “learner-centric". Providing value-based education, helping students to communicate effectively, sensitizing students toward psychological and societal issues are some of the skills inculcated through this wholesome development program.

Eligibility
Candidate should have passed the 2nd PUC/12th grade or equivalent examination recognized by the Central/State Govt with 50 percent aggregate marks (45% in case of reserved category)
