Zero Tolerance for Ragging
Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women maintains a strict, non-negotiable Zero-Tolerance Policy towards ragging in any form. Ragging is a criminal offense, and our institution is deeply committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and psychologically secure environment for all our students.
The Anti-Ragging Cell, constituted as per the directives of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and UGC Regulations, actively monitors the campus, conducts surprise inspections, and organizes extensive awareness campaigns during the induction of new students. Any student found guilty of ragging, abetting ragging, or engaging in any form of physical or mental harassment will face immediate and severe disciplinary action, including rustication and the filing of an FIR.
